First Call is The University of Pennsylvania's undergraduate magazine, a weekly publication that provides a forum for the expression of ideas and opinions. To this end, we, the editors of First Call, are committed to a strict policy of not censoring opinions. Articles are provided by regular columnists and submissions from the university community. They are chosen for publication based on the quality of writing and, in the case of commentaries, the quality of argumentation.
